Contingency

TTL can
provide targeted “headhunting services”, similar to executive search, but
focused on identifying, locating, and recruiting specific technical talent
within the DoD/Intelligence Community.

Fees are due
only if you hire the candidate and they remain with your organization for a
pre-agreed upon guarantee period (90 days prorated). Fee totals 25% of the
new employee’s starting salary.

- Retainer Permanent Placement

If you
desire a guarantee of delivery (generally due to the critical nature of the
search assignment) targeting technical placements, then a retained
agreement would be the best option. In this case, TTL is
contractually obligated to deliver at least 3 qualified candidates that
meet your written requirements within a pre-agreed timeframe (depends upon
the difficulty of the search assignment, but normally is 30 days).
This allows
TTL to dedicate, at least, 1 senior recruiter full-time to your search
assignment.
Fees would
total 25% of candidate’s starting projected salary. 1/3 would be due upon
commencement of search, 1/3 due after the third qualified candidate
interviews with your organization, and the final 1/3 due after one
candidate accepts and starts with your company.

Project Based

TTL can
develop a customized program to meet your specific recruiting needs whether
they be volume based critical “headhunting”, general recruiting to fill
open requisitions, targeted recruiting in support of marketing initiatives,
etc…
This vehicle
would need to be customized on a project by project basis and would be
focused on the specific objectives/outcomes desired of the project.
Fees would
include a firm fixed fee component, initial retainer and monthly stipend
during the duration of the agreement. The agreement would include
performance criteria with both penalties for underperformance and award
fees for superior performance.

Preferred Customer Discount Program - Volume Based

TTL offers a
volume discount plan for its traditional Permanent Placement services.
Under this agreement, TTL will offer discounts for multiple hires on a
declining scale. This program can be customized based upon the volume
of hires and the difficulty in recruiting the talent.
The program
starts at 25% and will decline when we reach certain placement thresholds
(generally in increments of 4, but this program also can be customized to
meet your needs).

Outsourcing

TTL can act
as your internal headhunting department with responsibility for filling all
of your positions, both current and projected. We will assign a staff of
trained recruiters to handle all of your staffing needs. Normally, we will
dedicate, at least, one account manager full-time to work on your premises
and manage the efforts of your outsourced recruiting team. The recruiting
team can be located at your premises or ours or both.
Fees would
include a firm fixed fee component, initial retainer and monthly stipend
during the duration of the agreement. The agreement would include
performance criteria with both penalties for underperformance and award
fees for superior performance.
This allows
your management and administrative staff to focus exclusively on
implementing your strategic plan, winning business, managing and retaining
staff.
